Nate and Pank hit the links
It was a nice beautiful fall afternoon in the valley and Nate and Pank decided to hit the links before old Jack Frost shows up for a few months. YE Old Homestead is a medievil castle (old farm) that has been turned into a golf course. Rolling hills, old barns , flying eagles and SNAKES!!!!
Nate f-up the 1st hole and was on fire from there on out. He ended up in the drink on the 1st hole.....
In the beach on the 2nd hole.....
But killed it on the 3rd tee....

Pank watched this one go about 100 feet straight up.

Sir Pank of the Ardmore showed up to play...

The back 9 came fast and quick...
swing and a miss......
1st attempted ended up in the drink...
'great...2nd drive.....that's in the drink...'
This lake is call Ball Lake for the million of golf balls floating on its bottom
Pank with a case of iron fever...
'oh great another one in the same damn lake..'
Pank's first beach trip on the course.....swing away....
as you can see Pank killed it on that swing....
about 2 feet from the beach.....

The clouds and sun lite were quite amazing...
Nate getting loose.....

and no he didn't get a hole in one....but he sure acted like it.
snacktime

dogday afternoon....

Nate almost ruined Pank's golf career by clipping him with the golf cart
Ansel Adams never took advantage of hiding in corn fields to create he's art...

nice view of Bakeoven Knob..
These signs were everywhere but the wayward golfers didn't see a single snake...

The sun was setting fast so the golfers had to step up their game...3 pars to finish the day out
This one made the cover of Golf Digest....
